Happy, friendly people, everyone is caring and you will always be heard, the company is interested in your input and working with the team I found that my suggestions never fall on deaf ears which is important to me. The company has a lot of promise for growth in a booming field and working with the team I found each contribution counts. The general feeling in the team is that we are doing something new and innovative, and that is the driving force behind each day with the company.
Cons
The work is hard, but rewarding: for example during the COVID-19 outbreak there was a large surge of userbase working from and we had a heavy workload, as a member of the technical support team being able to help people in this time of crisis, although hard work, was rewarding.
