I learned a lot. Everyone who I worked with was very intelligent (despite not being trusted to show it).
Cons
Old-school, family-run business with a distinct aversion to trusting employees. There was so much red tape to cut through; every decision has to cycle up the chain and get signed off on. Very much a 'risk-aversion' based company. The shave market is moving a lot faster than Barbasol is looking to move themselves - I fear they will get left behind. Upper management is entirely run by family; this is useful if you are also a member of the family, as they will trust you and your opinions a lot more. Often placing unqualified workers in positions. One family member joined the main Dublin office, and a mass exodus of employees ensued. Not entirely sure why that happened, but something to be wary of. Salary was not commensurate with work completed. I would not recommend to a friend that they apply here.
