1. The executive team lacks diversity as well as basic leadership skills. Instead of recognizing workers who have worked hard for 2+ years, they choose to deny raises and let go of employees who discuss salaries.
2. No consistency in leadership across entire company, example: Team A had flex hours within reason due to remote working, Team B employees would be discouraged from observing company wide summer hours and micromanaged for not being online by 9am, Team C employees bragging about how little work they did, Team D employees scrambling to get projects done because they rely on Team C and no one on Team C is held accountable for their tasks
3. When multiple employees file complaints and report that an employee is sexist, racist, who makes offensive remarks and jokes - the employees who filed complaints are asked if they are 'over-reacting' and not taken seriously.
4. The DEI committee was founded in January 2021...
5. Projects and tasks would be given last minute with a tight turnaround. It is unreasonable to expect 7 client calls a week with a book of 100+ clients and then assign a project on Tuesday that needs to be completed Friday and then be surprised that client call goals are not met.
6. The bonus KPI structure has been changed multiple times and even once with just one month remaining in the quarter. All KPIs met with previous structure are not honored and only 4 weeks to meet new KPIs is ridiculous. Additionally, when NO ONE on the team meets a KPI the team is penalized instead of leadership recognizing that the KPI was unattainable.
7. Absolutely no honesty or transparency in anything. Example: when people were fired or left the company, sometimes an announcement was made however more often than not - nothing was said. Therefore, people would learn that someone left a month+ ago but was never told so a project was left hanging.
