      Shop floor staff are great people. Supervisors are friendly and helpful, and the work is interesting.

      Poor communication from management, dusty and slippy due to poor extraction.

      Pros

      Facilities have been steadily improving, updating equipment and the site overall. I've been here nearly 12 months and seen the company building a stronger culture, encouraging the right behaviours (and addressing issues pro-actively). The changes feel genuine and moving towards a people focused approach.

      Cons

      Factory work can be dirty and physically demanding but that is typical of the industry rather than the company itself.
