      - Unlimited PTO (and they encourage taking PTO) - People are young and the culture is vibrant/fun - Opportunity to grow in knowledge of the e-commerce space, customer success, etc.

      - Lack of structured career growth - Given a lot of tedious work for this role - WLB is not great, especially during holiday season - High turnover rate - Low compensation
