Pros

Not possible to name any.

Cons

Awful culture. Arrogance & rudeness abound. Lots of bullying. Poor leadership & management. Unjustified superiority complex throughout the organization.

Pros

-The location was easily accessible and central location in the city with a nice building foyer. -Team members were friendly excluding any senior team members -Salary was decent given the workload

Cons

-Although there appeared to be a proposed 'flexibility' culture, this did not flow through to all team members. Senior team members were able to decide to work from home last minute, come in late with excuses of appointments. This flexibility did not flow through to anyone else, the direct report was micro managing and obsessive over the time I would arrive and it felt like being a student in high school having to report if I am late 10 minutes past 9. -There is a culture of bullying the new person indirectly; the good qualities are not appreciated. Getting long emails regarding 'taking long lunch hours' as if it is a common occurrence when it is taken once. -Not much focus on training and development. -The work itself is routine and mind numbing. Was not given much work and if I left on time that was frowned upon. There is a culture of appearance- sitting at the office so that the direct report can be happy.

Pros

Cannot think of any really. The actual tech team guys are nice but then goes all downhill. Have some highly skill contractors they have bought in at a mgt level who are competent, but it stops there

Cons

bullies, opinionated, incompetant and arrogant. And thats the senior IT management team. The current management team love sitting in their ivory tower high above you and tell you what a poor job you are doing, while sitting there not offering any support and guidance. some either talk total giberish or sick there staring at you saying nothign waiting for you to feel his intimidation.. they jsut love making you feel uncomfortable. really dislikable people.
