No communication anywhere. You can go in do your job and leave without talking to anyone in your office for days. After all the time spent there, still have no idea how the billing system works. Everything is secretive.

Managers in certain locations more concerned about their profits rather than well-being and needs of team. Lack of basic understanding of the fundamentals of managing a group. No inspirational or positive leadership skills to speak of. Growth opportunities not transparent. Underpaid for actual knowledge and skillset. Underutilized and mismanaged knowledge and skillset.

*They rarely fire anyone, which means those who do nothing, and they are there, continue to waste budget and get raises *They are very firm with the old style rules, borderline breaking laws when it comes to the way exempt employees time off is treated *Constantly taking on more projects without hiring the necessary staff
