Pros

Great management that listens to sales people, no sharing sales, opportunity for advancement, great product, rewards success

Cons

Work/Life balance difficult with any new home builder as it is the nature of the business to have work long hours to make great money. Required to own a car less than 5 years old but that was fine with me as I made more than enough money to buy new car.

Consistent. Stable. Tenured. Good benefits.

Cons

No upward mobility (especially for minorities) Slow on the digital and marketing curve Floor plan offerings are mediocre (more creativity needed)

Pros

The only pros about this job is that its a JOB!

Cons

No work life balance whatsoever! Your screwed if you are sick or have to take a day off within your first year of working there-you have to wait a whole year before getting any vacation time, so live in a bubble for the first 12 months! Perry homes is a very demanding company, you can be the best employee ever but if you dont meet certain (Unattainable) goals you are thrown under the bus and on your A$$! This place literally made me sick!
