Cons

Everything no benefits no paid holidays first year underpaid unrealistic expectations from other parts of Texas not qualified to know it's regions. Looks for ways to cheat you stole money when I resigned from my paycheck. Unethical can't understand half of the employees over the phone unable to contact when needed sneaks around and pops in on you spends money on flights when driving would have saved a bundle doesn't train at all nor does evaluations.

Pros

Casual setting, decent pay, some independence.

Cons

The work environment is very toxic. The staff complains too much and there is a lack of accountability across the board. Training is non-existent but the expectation to know everything is very high

Pros

There's a paycheck sometimes. The Workers are talented and excellent.

Cons

Overworked, underfunded, unsafe to work at. They barely have electricity and then get mad that you cannot do your job at the place of work they demand you physically be in. They can send you email when they choose to communicate that way to you. But you are required to FAX communication to them. They have no respect for workers and their needs to properly work. They have no regard for the safety and well being of the workers which includes basic standards like hand washing and space between workers. They don't allow overtime, and don't train you properly to reasonably expect fast performance from you. They also KNOW what they are asking is unacceptable because they won't tell you these things in writing. My advice? If they ask you to do something, demand it in writing with their signatures. Suddenly those expectations like lying on your time sheet disappear. I get that we all have to hustle, and you might need a job regardless of the work place. But they won't pay you well, they barely pay you at all, so you have NO obligation do to more than what they hired you for because you won't be rewarded or even treated with basic respect even if you do as asked. I say this as someone who LIKED my field, my job, and my role. I like social work. I like helping people. And I liked what I was hired for. But the overwork, the disrespect, the forcing me and others into tiny spaces during a pandemic resulting in an outbreak for the whole office made this place an absolute terror to work for.
