Pros
Work-life balance; they respect the working hours even though we work remotely. The Pega training program is very thorough and very well-planned.
Cons
During training, you have to go to the office twice a week... but compared to other jobs where you have to go 5 times a week, it's really not that bad.

-Some teams have difficult bosses who are not in line with the company culture. -Performance review still in the process of implementation, this makes teams that have bad employees put the burden on others
