Pros
Im still new and still employed at Persimmony playing the game, but actively looking to leave. I wanted to post something because it’s absolute unprofessional madness! Im upset I left my career for this. If you’re thinking about accepting an offer here. DO NOT. I’m glad I got to see how 2 executives are bamboozling the entire company. It’s sad and scary to know there are people out there like this, however I’ m glad I saw it. I witnessed firsthand how a small group of leaders can exert tremendous influence over an organization while consistently failing to deliver meaningful results. When leadership becomes more focused on maintaining positions, controlling narratives, and preserving appearances than on accountability, execution, and measurable outcomes, the consequences are ultimately the business itself.
Cons
You’re watching your company decline day after day, yet the same promises continue while meaningful results remain absent. Many employees have lost confidence in the direction of the organization and are questioning the decisions being made at the executive level. Morale is suffering, customers are noticing the instability, and the gap between expectations and outcomes continues to grow. Have you thoroughly vetted the executive leaders who are making critical decisions for your business? Have you conducted rigorous reference and background checks? Have you reviewed their actual track records, accomplishments, and measurable results from previous organizations? Leadership titles and polished presentations do not build successful companies. Execution, accountability, and results do. If these questions have not been asked, it may help explain why the company is struggling to achieve the growth and stability that was envisioned. At some point, every founder has to ask a difficult question: How long can the company continue funding highly compensated executives without seeing a meaningful return on that investment? Many people inside and outside the organization see what is happening. It is disappointing to watch a company with so much potential lose momentum because of leadership decisions that appear disconnected from the realities.
