Pros
1. Can learn a lot being a fresher but that too at your own efforts as no training will be provided to you. All you will learn will be on-job 2. Good if you can highlight yourself through any sort of deeds 3. All young colleagues; easy to get settled and friendly
Cons
Ohh there are a lot!! Trying to turn into words a few 1. As i said, the company in only of few faces. if you get highlighted through any of your deed (good or bad) you will enjoy continuous poke from a specific person in the company. And those people will be applauded even for their 💩. All other are just aliens, come- work like bulls- die. 2. Employee retention policies are pathetic 3. Management do not believe in quality, they only run for poor quantity of reports and baseless data, set on illogical assumption 4. Full of wolf eyes, double-faced people and boot/y lickers 5. Confirmation and incentive- you won't get what they say. Policies changes in an hour and applied to generals not on elites (highlighted faces)
