Excellent employee perks and benefits that you don’t always get at boutique agencies. The team is young, vibrant, and highly passionate about social media, making the daily office atmosphere very energetic and welcoming.

Cons

Client expectations can pivot rapidly, meaning social media calendars or ad creatives sometimes need last minute revisions. Be prepared to work late at times.
