I love how the CEO's are very approachable and they really listen and care for their team members. Work-life balance is definitely a priority for the company as well. But, most of all, you will enjoy working with the company because of the great work culture.
Cons
Benefits could be improved in terms of offering possible pay increase, or some other similar benefits usually offered in a typical corporate setup.
