Pros
Company is going thru a major re-organization and the work load is very light for any new comers as the senior people in the office don't want to lose control or share the load. "Yes" people are cherished here. The do have some solid processes in place for design and Project Management.
Cons
Horrible leadership, training/on-boarding program for new hires was non-existent, key long-term people hoard all the work and refuse to train or bring other people into projects. Communication at Personify, especially the Oak Brook office is horrible. Their is little to no knowledge sharing within associates.
