If u r your Manager's favorite then u can keep toggling and hardly do any work day after day and get away with it, while others slog and slog and slog some more.
In this WFH era, IT will provide u faulty and old equipments on the first place but when u report it to them they will for sure put the blame on you and even charge u for it.
the HR threatens you by saying that they will give a very bad feedback ( future BGV) in case the employee decides to quit and join a different organization.
