This company's work culture is one of the best I've experienced. Everyone is extremely friendly, gets along, very little drama/gossip, and laughter is encouraged.
The owner is very down-to-earth and accessible and the company prides itself on its ethics.
You get a lot hands-on experience with lots of different industries.
Cons
Can be very slow at first due to the unique structure of the company, but it does get better and soon you have too much work to do.
Pay is not very competitive.
Some practices a little outdated but may have improved since I've worked there.
