Toxic leadership, poor management and high turnover

Pros

There is air con and free parking. The estate management company, acting as a landlord, provides free monthly lunches.

Cons

The coffee is not great, there aren't enough meeting rooms and the open space causes disruption. Communication is very poor, senior management lack integrity and decisions do not follow a consistent, value based pattern. Toxic leadership, not a nice place to work- that explains the high turnover.
