Pros
Good starting pay, good learning environment, supportive seniors, no politics, highly recommended for fresh graduates. Involved in MRT and high rise projects.
Cons
Very low increment. Performance is not evaluated equally. Salary increment is based on batch, not performance. Not much benefits, for long term not recommended.
