HR is friendly and straight forward.

Cons

Old style of management. Old style of dress code required at work. Negative environment where you can hear shouting and scolding in the office. You have no freedom to share your idea or explain the situation when necessary. Not considerate management where you will only be treated as a tool to work but not human. You have multiple group chats of work. You are forced to contribute small part of your salary for the company events. Management think too highly of themselves.

Couldn't think of anything that benefits this job.

Cons

Too many drama in this company already. Doesn't even care for employees wellbeing. Fast pace company but pile all the jobs onto 1 person. Doesn't reflect on why countless of people has been leaving even part timers. Alot of hypocrite including chairman and gossipers. Not a decent environment that benefits future career path. MC/AL also have to keep responding to text and work even until night. Destroying mental health so badly.
