You get to work with pets Great experience wearing multiple hats Some cool coworkers
Cons
Management would have screaming matches in the middle of the day Only 3 days of sick days One week of vacation after working there for a year Installed "spy software" onto computers of remote employees to keep an eye on what they were doing. Perfection was demanded for very little pay All in all a pretty toxic environment.

Pros
Open environment that welcomes discussion and suggestions. Shows are fun and you get to see so many cute animals. I love being introduced to new products for my pets and the clients are always fun to chat with. Staff members work hard to make sure events run smoothly both onsite and in the office. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help when needed.
