-Make you feel so valued and important but once you bring up actual concerns you’re brushed off and made to feel like you’re going against the “POSITIVITY ALL THE TIME” attitude. What about being realistic?
-If you’re good at your job then lucky for you you’ll get rewarded with even more work for no additional pay increase and then when asked for more pay, you’ll be given the “corporate” runaround about how “yearly reviews are in a few months, see what happens then”.
-Micromanaged by people who aren’t even your direct leader/boss
-When speaking up about people’s weird behaviors towards you, get told that’s “just how they are” and be brushed off while that person gets to continue their behavior towards you
-Be forced to work 3 days in the office when CLEARLY working at home has been working perfectly fine this whole time, meanwhile, these new Animal Supply people that we “acquired” (more like they are acquiring us with the way things have been going) are hired and offered full time remote positions.
-The cultured has been completely obliterated and everyone walks around with their fake positivity acting like it’s all roses and sunshine
-Upper management is so far disconnected from the real world and the struggle of the lower/middle working class
-No communication or transparency when it comes to this Animal Supply merger/acquisition
