For a company that has acquired several companies in the past, you would think they know what they're doing and how to do an acquisition. It's insane how heavy executive payroll is, I've never seen so many titles with the word Executive in them, and none of them know what the other is doing. Trying to get a decision or an answer out of management is near impossible. They had zero plan in place to acquire a company and zero communication with those being acquired.

Corporate is uncommunicative and doesn’t really care about the employees at their stores.
