      Pros

      - Friendly work environment, get to work alongside dogs all day - Small company, so there's lots of opportunities to individually impact and contribute to the website, as well as communicate closely with the CEO - Freedom to choose/design your projects - Flexible work hours, great for a part time job if you're a student

      Cons

      - Even though it's being improved, communication among developers isn't very organized - The existing code base is very messy and difficult to work with. There is no established coding convention and minimal code review - Small company can also be a con, if that isn't what you're looking for (less resources, less organization but a lot more freedom, etc.)

      Pros

      Open workplace with ample opportunity when you apply yourself. Show your talent and ambition and you can take on projects of your interest. Small company so there is a variety of tasks your work on and should never be bored. Daily there are DOGS in the workplace which is a PLUS!

      Cons

      Depends on your work style, but sometimes multi-tasking can be a distraction.
