Pros

You get in at least 20 hours on just Saturday and Sunday Entry job to working with animals

Cons

The company does NOT care about you here personally , you are just another employee to get the job done. They also give newer employees additional raises and don't care about the older staff or seniority

Pros

If you are friends with the right people, life is ok.

Cons

Poor health insurance that you don't get for 3 months. Fire people on a whim, massive turnover. Look up True Science reviews for more examples. Upper management just trying to get short term cash, no long term plans.

Pros

Pet Friendly and that is about it.

Cons

PetIQ has completely lost its way under the new leadership. The recent president was brought in with no clear vision and seems to make sweeping changes just for the sake of shaking things up — not to improve the business. Morale is at an all-time low. There’s a deep culture of favoritism, especially among upper management, where certain voices are always heard, and others are ignored or even punished for speaking up. The marketing team has become complacent and unmotivated — lots of posturing, very little execution. Teams are siloed, collaboration is nonexistent, and creativity is stifled. Worst of all, employees live in constant fear of being laid off. There’s zero job security, no communication from leadership, and no investment in employee development. Unless there’s a major cultural shift from the top, this company will continue to lose good people and struggle to build anything meaningful.
