* Great work-life balance * A product that the team can feel good about getting behind * A Founder with a vision * Dogs!!! * Competitive on salary and advancement opportunities

* Certain leaders who were a bit too far removed from the day-to-day for a startup and got misaligned from the vision the rest of us were working toward * As many are, struggled to raise money in this economy

Very few cons aside from there often times being arguably TOO many dogs in the office (they can get loud, rowdy, and distracting).
