While we deeply value every team member’s contribution, the role of Hospital Aide is an entry-level position requiring extensive training to ensure the safety and care of our patients and clients. This foundation is crucial as it upholds the high standards we are committed to delivering We are surprised and saddened to hear the accusations of nepotism. As a family-owned business, we understand how the presence of family members in the workplace might be perceived. However, only 3 of our almost 60 employees are family members (a very low number as far as second-generation family businesses go) and we want to assure you that all family members have started in entry-level positions and worked their way up through years of dedication and development.
