      Pros

      Great range of animal to get experience with. Cats and dogs have lots of policies and procedures to follow.

      General public can be rude. We are constantly cleaning and feeding

      Pros

      If you love working with animals and being outdoors, you will enjoy this job. The hours are flexible, and they work with you to find jobs in your desired location. You're covered by the company's insurance and bond. Roxana, the human resources/customer service/general contact and face of the company is very nice, and very quick to address any issues you may have.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. It would be better, but you make about half of what the company charges clients. The CEO Jordan Kaplan is nonexistent. He does not reply to your emails. Roxana is the main contact, and I am certain she is under payed for everything she does.
