Pros
Petal has a great culture and makes big effort to live by the company values. Very flexible work environment. They give you lots of ownership over your tasks from the very start plus the opportunity to get involved in many different initiatives. I'm only a few years out of college and I have so much say in what my day to day looks like (obviously while keeping the company OKRs and goals in mind).
Cons
This may sound strange, but at the very beginning some "micro managing" would have been nice. Coming from the finance world, I was a little bit lost with the lack of processes, but quickly outgrew the rigidness of the finance world and love the ownership I have now. Would never go back!
