Lots of hours when co-workers up and quit, which happens A LOT!
Cons
You are hired on part-time, but usually get worked to death. When fully staffed your hours are cut down to less than 35, which is what corporate desires. It is a poorly run company that cares little for the welfare of its staff and focuses on its profits over its most important asset...its people!
