Pros

Great company with huge growth potential. Highly profitable, yet still relatively small number of employees. As an apparel manufacturer, they have the potential for becoming the next Ralph Lauren or Tommy Hilfiger.

Cons

Little room for advancement. Tends to be an "old boys club" mentality with some managers where if you're liked you advance and if not you don't regardless of how well you do your job. Salaries tend to be below average in some departments.

Pros

Had a great boss and good culture. Growing quickly. Bonuses for making our monthly goal.

Cons

Left for another position and management was unwilling to work on salary increase, etc. to keep me. Could be due to the fact that the company was purchased by Richemont. Outsourcing and elimination of good employees lately.

Cons

very low pay, boys club, little room for growth, upper management could care less about their people even though they put on a good front, only reward their friends (who are sometimes unqualified) with things like cars when they can't give raises, likes to hire young people so they don't have to pay them much, overworks people they know won't speak up
