      Good pay, great benefits, clean work areas

      Cons

      The execs are not good at communicating, they do not give feedback. Never know if you are doing a good or bad job. Lots of talking behind each others back rather than confronting each other.

      Pay is very competitive compared to the industry. Benefits are amazing. Hours are great. Lots of long term employees.

      Management doesn't listen to opinions of the employees. To get promoted to need to be connected to someone.
