There are no pros for the agency or any of their staff, whether agent or receptionist.
Cons
Unless the interview ended in an immediate job offer, they don't contact you to let you know it didn't go well, or to give you feedback. In fact, they won't even accept your calls or return them. If you can't make money for them, you're dead to them. Being left in limbo and treating people this way is utterly unforgiveable.
Run by owners who support and understand recruiters as much as they understand and support client needs- worked there prior to 2021 (glassdoor does not for allow older dates)
