Toxic place to work

Pros

If you are a white male or good at kissing butt, you can do well. even without much talent!

Cons

Driven by few managers and its either their way or no way. No innovation. Controlling managers - they would have meetings at 7am on Mondays and start a timer at 6:59am and belitttle you for walking in at 7am and say you are a bad worker for being late in front of everyone. Sexist environment heard many inappropriate comments about pregnant women, comments on women look. They made my employees cry, it was crazy.

Pros

There is never a dull moment. Peterson works on just about any type of equipment imaginable, of all vintages. A ton of experience can be gained in a short amount of time, and rarely do technicians get stuck in a rut of tending to the same repetitive tasks.

Cons

Upper management frequently talks about Peterson's commitment to career development, however these commitments never seem to come through. Training is lacking.

They have clear company values and follow them. Several people in my department have been promoted.

Communication isn't as good as I'd like.
