      Pros

      The company is very good for starting a career and gaining practical knowledge. It provides a good learning environment, especially for freshers, with proper guidance and support from experienced employees. Overall, it is a good place to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for the future.

      Cons

      The salary package is comparatively low for freshers. Also, during my time with the company, Saturdays were working days, which affected work-life balance to some extent.
