Pros

Fully Remotely Friendly, Multiple projects at the same time, open-mined to embrace new technology or tools.

Cons

Lost in concurrent projects, cross-time-zone communication needs(late or early meetings), company don't have a clear picture/structure to running project/program management, company's business and finance heavily reply on accounts/clients, influenced by marco-economy a lot.

- Not much to say, I very much enjoyed my time here. They are a smaller company so the health of the industry does affect them.

Pros

Everyone is super friendly and collaborative. Nobody's ideas are gone unheard. Feels like a genuine family with the most insanely talented people in the gaming business.

Cons

A better job can be done of mainstreaming process's across various departments, but I already know that that's in the works.
