One of the aspects I truly appreciate is the warmth and friendliness of the people here. Being part of a science center that focuses on providing STEM education to children has been incredibly rewarding.The recent announcement of allowing worker to WFH policy, allowing two days per week. The relief of not having to endure the daily commute in heavy traffic has had a remarkable impact on my productivity and overall job satisfaction. It has allowed me to focus more on my tasks and contribute more effectively to the company's goals.

Cons

However, it's important to note that adapting to the work culture and being prepared to work through a process is essential. Despite this, Petrosains remains a highly recommended workplace due to its overall positive atmosphere and meaningful mission

Highly centralized environment with a rigid, traditional management structure. Decision-making is bottlenecked at the top, leaving very little room for team autonomy or individual input. Growth feels limited due to a general culture of complacency among upper leadership.
