      A Company in freefall mode. Over a year now of massive attrition from experienced leadership, senior level, mid level, and entry level staff.

      Pros

      Great employee development and involvement with local and national organization. There are plenty of opportunities for growth if you show initiative and skills for education projects. Pfluger is a leader in Texas Education projects.

      Cons

      I understand the culture has shifted greatly in the last 5 years and many of the long term knowledge based leaders have exited the firm.
