      Poor training Rich ego's

      Pros

      Good work life balance Most co workers are helpful and leads that may fill in from other shifts.

      Cons

      Depending where your work area is and who is training you, you may have to learn EVERYTHING on your own...its not that kinda job where this is possible. If a Lead doesn't want to train you to succeed, you waste away appearing inadequate. I practically learned more in one day from a lead from another shift than my own lead (day shift) in months. I'd still recommend hoping you dont get my bad apple that that had so much tenure they were "needed".

      Pay, absolutely nothing else comes to mind

      Cons

      Harassment,bullying, by leads, management, and H.R. some people work and many don't. Management has no idea what even goes on there. Pathetic place the way they treat people. Management is way outdated. Could use some fresh perspectives from outside New management
