Good company for freshies, worst company for mid-seniors
Pros
*Learning environment for freshies as the 'Management' of 3 will make sure that you have more than enough work to be done every day of week (weekends included mostly) *Company Dinners *Playstation *Trips to hill stations *Work on latest technology stack
Cons
*After total experience of developers (if any) gets near 2-3 years, the 'management of 3' kicks its top tier of developers out fearing they will have to compensate you accordingly. Because their mantra is 'the work done by a senior resource in 100k per month can be done by a junior in 30k saving us a huge amount of 70k per month'. I did not believe it at first, but after viewing first handedly, I am very much convinced that my seniors were absolutely right. *Top 'management of 3' does not have a work life balance and they expect the same from their every developer. Forget about your 9-6 even if you are a female. *Company will fine you 200 for every hour that you are late, but will give you a few bucks only if you sit late irrespective of the hours (2-5) you sit there. You can get yourself an anday wala burger for those bucks and a litre of petrol to go home. *You are expected to work on any new/old project perfectly, there will be no training as learning on project will be quite enough for you here. *Even though company is very small(given that turn over rate is sky high only 2-3 person are loyal), expect a huge level of tension, stress and politicised culture. *You will get good bonus if you fight for it(Literally), heard that a senior had to do it as these guys were giving only 5k raise after a year that too after 4-5 successful projects. That senior is in one of the top tier companies in Pakistan.
