      Great work hours and benefits.

      Cons

      HR doesn't really do their job with their pharmacies in the Central Valley. Management takes advantage of that and treats employees poorly. I was verbally abused multiple times and in front of patients by my pharmacist and other techs. Other techs are rude to patients and management doesn't care. They make promises and then go back on their word.
