Pros

- Unlimited PTO (if you can find time to take it)

Cons

- Low pay grade. Bonuses are promised to make low pay seem ok but rarely receive expected bonus amounts. - Non-existent work life balance. 14 to 16 hour days at salary pay so that you don't get paid for the overtime that is expected. Considered to be a bad team player if you don't put in that extra time and only receive praise if you are killing yourself to try to get your work done and others work that is piled on you. - Create random positions and then give promotions to workers without seeing if there is any interest internally for the new position or a position on another team. - Poor management. No care for workers just money, money, money. Workers are stressed to the max and hiring happens rarely to fill the need for help. Then they pull the already trained staff for newly made positions and hand off the work so it is like there is no new help at all.

"Culture" is dead

Pros

The culture when I started was amazing, it's now dead. There are still a few people left that are worth working with/for, but not many.

Cons

Upper management is clueless and in most cases know less than the people they supervise. The company was a great one to work for until they were bought out by an investment firm, now all that matters is the bottom line. All departments are over worked and understaffed and it matters little to management. I know department heads that are regularly working 14 hour days just to keep up and requests for headcount are ignored to the extent where they fire people from already drowning departments. The "tools" they provide to complete the job are a joke. Pay is also WELL below the industry standard, but that shouldn't be a surprise based on how cheap the CEO is.

Pros

At this point it is only the flexible PTO.

Cons

Working at PharmaForce has been a frustrating and unsustainable experience. The workload is consistently overwhelming due to chronic understaffing, and employees are expected to take on far more than what’s reasonable for a single role—without adequate compensation. Despite the complexity and high expectations of the job, salaries are well below market standards, and efforts to raise concerns about pay or workload are often dismissed or deprioritized. Leadership lacks clarity, consistency, and meaningful engagement. There’s frequent talk of “transparency” and “team culture,” but in practice, communication is poor, decisions are made in silos, and those doing the day-to-day work are rarely brought into discussions that directly affect them. Talented people are burning out or leaving, and it’s hard to see a path forward when leadership struggles to set direction or recognize those who are keeping the organization running. If you're considering PharmaForce, be prepared for long hours, limited support, and a leadership team still trying to figure out how to lead.
