Misguided Leadership and Deteriorating Culture

Entry-Level Experience – Provides exposure to recruitment processes and the pharmaceutical staffing industry, which may help early-career professionals gain a foothold.

Cons

Top-Down Leadership – Employees have little voice; decisions are made without collaboration or transparency. Superficial Culture – What’s sold during the interview process doesn’t match the internal experience. People Treated as Replaceable – High turnover and a "plug-and-play" approach to staffing. Minimal Growth Opportunities – Career progression is unclear and largely based on favoritism or office politics. Micromanagement – Lack of autonomy in daily work and a general lack of trust from leadership. Declining Morale – High burnout with little support or acknowledgment from leadership.
