      Very good company to work for to gain experience

      Pros

      Perfect size company to get thing done quickly and satisfactory if you really know what you are doing. They some time have very helpful get together sections. Truly valuable for your career development and knowledge. Included drug, dental, hospital coverage though not full.

      Cons

      Thing changes quick. Sometime in the morning you would feel the company is doing great and then the next day you feel the company is going to go out of business. Instability. Compensation is kind of low.
