Hours, people outside of pharmacy you work with

Cons

Upper management had no clue what was really going on. Manager from home office would talk about his vacations and little else. Manager on site was looking at his next move and build a paper resume. Micro management was modis operandi . They were mainly interested in contract compliance and profitability.

Most of peers are amazing and very supportive

Cons

If company loses contract you're out of a job unless you can relocate AND they have a position for you...no option to stay and work for the hospital. Company demands you sign a contract that you won't work for any hospital they've sent a proposal to and if you do, they go after you legally.
