      Awful - Keep looking!

      Pros

      Some nice people working here - Shame they're not in charge! Wages aren't too bad but next to no benefits package makes it better to go for a lower wage somewhere else that offers more reward for staff who perform well.

      Cons

      Management here are awful - They treat the staff like badly behaved school kids and they stand in the middle of the call centre actually arguing with eachother over who should be doing what. They have NO respect for each other and even less respect for those who work below them. They keep on sending out thousands and thousands of mailshots to get new customers when they can't even keep up with the demand their current customers create. Everyone here is severely overworked and under-appreciated...

      The are no pros to this joke of a company

      I sold my sole to the Devil. They wrangle out of every contractual loophole and will do what it takes to leave you with nothing at the end. They suck every ounce of soul from you. Pressure cooker atmosphere , extremely rude and obnoxious team leader. Expect 100 plus calls a day. Monitoring down to the second. Pulled into meetings if slightly over. Can’t take a toilet break without being followed, yes really, I was followed towards toilet three times in one day by opposite gender colleague. Tie you into excessive and unreasonable over time that you can’t get out of, averaging 70 plus hours a week. Frequent 12 hour shifts and they still want more. Was offered a incentive to post a “creative and positive review” during my time here, I will leave a review but I will be truthful, and I won’t take any bribes.

      Micromanaging, gaslighting and cliques everywhere

      Pros

      If you've ever enjoyed working in tech or cross-functional teams and collaboration, do NOT join this place. Layoffs after layoffs under "restructuring". Not bothering to hire to replace all the great engineers that have been kicked out unfairly so all the work gets thrust on you with zero flexibility or understanding. Entire teams disbanded under the current leadership which are so concerned with their own standing and promoting each other, they have no interest in actually promoting their own teams (in skills as well as financially).

      Cons

      Tech has no meaning here. You are just another worker, faceless and of zero importance. I'm glad to have escaped this prison and hope you can avoid ever setting foot nearby.
