Great place to work unlimited annual leave well paid and regular salary reviews celebrate company birthdays and Christmas parties hybrid work structure- up to you where you wish to work fantastic, supportive colleagues paid travel when coming into the office

There are some lovely people at Phase 3, Wage and benefits are very good. Team outings are fun.
Cons
Some people are very unhelpful, when it comes to training and integration of working within different teams. It is a close internit family, and your face has to fit. I felt that I was not needed or included when it came to working on campaigns. I felt that certain individuals were biased, and made me feel very unwelcome and anxious.
