Phase One shows little regard for its employees, as seen in their handling of layoffs with no severance offered, despite years of dedication. Leadership is disorganized, with poor communication and mismanagement. They focus on meeting quotas and budget using outdated strategies, neglecting employee well-being and growth. Salaries are below market value, contributing to low morale, and there's limited opportunity for career advancement. While products offer good image quality, stability is lacking which creates a lot of headaches for everyone. HR is unprofessional and unhelpful.

With the Capture One split, top leadership became terrible and hired some unbearable people instead of promoting existing employees to fill the gaps. Salary is not very competitive and can't keep up with the market. Most of the great people left due to the changes and salary stagnation.
