* If you are serious about your career, never join this company. * You can read the reviews at the bottom and magically all the top reviews are 5 star? This is how HR behaves, they try to cover up the issues and not solve them. * People are required to clock in hours. * Depends on one client and that client is not really happy with work that's being done. * Each team is fighting with another and no one wants to get work done but pass the blame to others. * What you show in the PPT is work done rather than what's being written as code, no one worries about work but worries about hours you spent. * HR team is one of the worst to work with. They themselves have no idea of how to deal with ppl. * Office admin is more interesting in fun activities and not getting any work done. Favorism in providing office stationaries looks so cheap. * Attrition is so high that they are not able to manage the projects. People do not stick for more than a year in the company due to dirty politics and internal favorisms. * Pay is lower than what you get from MNC's as well. Its a startup with no ESOPS and even if they had no value for those stocks.

There is no vision for the company, Every thing is run by their consulting tie up with other firm . If you join, Most of your time would be spent on level setting the expectations with other firm and that is hardest thing to do. Management is the most difficult people to work with. They run the firm like a typical man power consultancy with no empathy to employees. They care least about employees and their well being. No work life balance and no work from option. No outings, No fun activity. No quarterly lunches. No yearly hike. For all the misdeeds of the company, Employees are the easiest target . If you seek directions from the leadership, You get nothing but bullied. Employees who resign do not get a fair treatment, They are subjected to great deal of hardship for no apparent good reason. They hold off your documents. You will not get relieving letter or service certificate easily. You will have to fight a great battle to get one. They target candidates who are desperately looking for job change due to various reasons and lure them with sweet talks. Once joined they make your life hell. The company makes you feel that they own you and hardly respects individuals. Same mindset gets carried over to the leadership team here in Bangalore. HR is just a hear say person who does not care about solving issues when raised. Company might get sold at any point in time and be wary of that. Employee benefits are zero to none Most employees leave within 6 months of their joining. They make you feel like you are trapped by joining this consultancy.
