Pros
They care about their employees and offer an excellent benefits package. I worked there for 14 years and had the opportunity to advance my career. They provide tuition reimbursement as well as numerous internal learning resources.
Cons
As a not-for-profit healthcare organization, the salaries are on the low side. The affiliation with Northwell Health has diminished time off and created extra work for most management positions.
